• Schedule appointments and confirm two business days prior.
• Verify insurance coverage and link in EagleSoft as directed.
• Handle pre-authorizations when required and ensure proper documentation.
• File charts daily and participate in morning huddles and meetings.
• Maintain clean, organized front desk and handle general clerical tasks.
