Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a great first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, emails, and communication with patients and insurers.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers in the office using Dentrix.
• Process insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims and benefits verification.
• Post insurance and patient payments and manage accounts receivable.
• Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
