Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients at entry.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, emails.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• Process insurance claims and verify coverage.
• Post payments and manage accounts receivable.
• Explain treatment plan fees and payment options.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
