Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, and emails; coordinate with patients and insurers.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records; book multiple providers' appointments.
• File insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims; verify benefits.
• Post payments and process accounts receivable; discuss treatment fees and options.
