Heartland Dental is seeking a dedicated Business Assistant for our Riverbend Village Dental Care location. You will support front office operations, greet patients, manage phones and emails, and help implement Heartland Dental systems to optimize office potential.

The role requires experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environments, strong communication and organization, and HIPAA awareness. Training and education opportunities are provided to develop professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and PHI protection knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at check-in/out.
• Manage front office duties including phones, mail, emails.
• Schedule with Dentrix; confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• Process insurance claims and payments; AR follow-up.
• Assist with treatment plan discussions and options.
