Job summary

Ann Arbor Smiles Dental Group is seeking a confident, organized Care Coordination Team Member to enhance the patient experience from arrival through completion of care. You will work with doctors, clinical and administrative teams to keep care organized, welcoming, and seamless.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling, maintaining records, answering questions, and coordinating with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred in front-office or other patient-facing healthcare roles.
• Willingness to take ownership and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to discuss insurance, treatment, and financial matters with patients.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and creating a warm, professional first impression.
• Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments.
• Managing patient records and maintaining accurate information.
• Handling phone calls and patient questions with confidence and professionalism.
• Coordinating with the clinical team to keep patient care moving smoothly.
• Verifying dental insurance benefits and helping patients understand coverage.
• Discussing treatment-related financial information and assisting with collections.
• Helping patients understand options and navigate administrative aspects of care.
• Supporting a positive patient experience from scheduling through completion of care.
