Job summary

Smile Grand Haven is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to support patients through every step of their care, from scheduling with surgeons to explaining treatment options and costs.

You will coordinate between referring offices and our dental teams, collect data, clearances, consent forms, and payments, and maintain clear, positive communication with patients and colleagues.

If you excel at customer service, detail orientation, and teamwork, you will thrive in our warm, growth-minded practice.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication & customer service skills.
• Experience & understanding of accounting and office systems such as Microsoft Office, Excel (dental software systems a plus!).
• Efficient work ethic and attention to detail when handling clerical procedures, patient data, scheduling, & filing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & explain treatment options and related costs to patients.
• Manage surgery schedule for location(s) assigned between referring offices and surgery teams.
• Collect necessary data, clearances, consent forms, payments, and correspond with positive communication between all parties.
