Qualifications

• Minimum two years direct programming experience with older adults or dementia.
• Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and facilitate a calendar of dementia-friendly programs for residents.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and collaborate with families and staff.
• Design monthly activity calendars with resident input and oversee events.
• Ensure programs comply with Brookdale standards and regulatory requirements.
• May supervise Clare Bridge program assistants and participate in hiring/training.
