Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Clare Bridge Program Assistant to support dementia-friendly programming and resident engagement within a Brookdale community. You will help implement a calendar of person-centered activities and assist with documentation, compliance, and coordination of events.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Program Manager/Coordinator, interacting with residents, families, and staff to enhance quality of life in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience with older adults and dementia preferred; or equivalent education/experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (3-year abstract) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading person-centered dementia programs for residents.
• Support program documentation and compliance with Brookdale policies and state regulations.
• Coordinate events and community activities, including family and open houses.
• Provide guidance and support to associates on programming and engagement.
