Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Clare Bridge Program Assistant to support person-centered dementia programming in our community. You will help deliver engaging activities, monitor resident well-being, and collaborate with care teams to enhance quality of life.

Responsibilities include assisting the Program Manager with plans, documenting progress, coordinating events, and guiding volunteers, while adhering to Brookdale standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience with older adults and persons with dementia preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a current 3-year driving abstract with no more than one moving violation as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assists in leading person-centered dementia programs and engagement across residents.
• Reviews resident service plans and completes program documentation.
• Ensures dementia care programs comply with state, federal, and Brookdale policies.
• Provides guidance and resources to associates on programming and engagement for residents' quality of life.
• Coordinates and participates in special events at the community and with families.
