Job summary

Brookdale is seeking a Clare Bridge Program Assistant to support person-centered dementia programs and engage residents in meaningful activities. The role focuses on implementing a calendar of dementia-friendly programs that address individual needs and preferences within the Brookdale community.

You will work with the Program Manager/Coordinator to ensure programs align with Brookdale's Resident and Family Engagement philosophy, while also assisting in responsibilities related to care,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience with older adults or dementia preferred or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clare Bridge Program Manager or Coordinator in leading dementia-friendly programs.
• Maintain calendars of person-centered activities for residents.
• Help review and document individual resident service plans and program outcomes.
• Ensure programming complies with Brookdale policies and state regulations.
• Coordinate special events and engage families in activities.
