Job summary

BS&A Software is seeking a Manager of Demand Generation to own the pipeline for new logo growth. This remote US role focuses on account-based marketing, multichannel campaigns, and a data-driven approach to demand generation.

You will lead inbound and outbound programs, optimize website conversion, and collaborate with Sales to define qualified opportunities. Expect close collaboration with a small, focused Marketing team.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in B2B demand generation with long-cycle buying processes.
• Hands-on in HubSpot building campaigns, emails, and landing pages.
• Can discuss pipeline attainment and missed quarters with clarity.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and evaluating attribution without rigidity.
• Managed paid media budgets and learned from spend that didn’t work.

Responsibilities

• Own the new-logo pipeline target and forecast against it.
• Design and run account-based campaigns against named accounts.
• Manage paid media across search, programmatic, trade pubs, and associations.
• Build email nurture and lifecycle programs aligned to long buying cycles.
• Run webinars for prospects and existing customers; drive cross-sell campaigns.
