Job summary

BS&A Software is seeking a Manager, Demand Generation to lead a data‑driven demand engine for new logo acquisition across the United States. You will own the pipeline number, manage multi‑channel campaigns, and optimize paid media, email nurture, and webinars to accelerate growth.

You will build an account‑based marketing program targeting named accounts, work closely with Sales, and own the website as a conversion asset to maximize pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B demand generation with long sales cycles
• Hands-on in HubSpot building campaigns, emails, and landing pages
• Experience carrying a pipeline number and explaining misses or hits
• Comfortable with Salesforce and attribution approaches
• Managed paid budgets and learned from spend that didn’t work

Responsibilities

• Own the new-logo pipeline target and forecast
• Build and run account-based campaigns across named accounts
• Manage paid media across search, programmatic, publications, and associations
• Develop email nurture and lifecycle programs aligned to buying cycles
• Operate a webinar series for prospects and existing customers and drive pipeline
