BDO USA is seeking an ISS Deltek Practice Director to maintain client relationships and lead Deltek Costpoint implementations for government contracting and nonprofit sectors. You will oversee staff from Associates to Senior Managers and guide projects using the BDO framework to achieve client objectives.

The role requires extensive ERP experience, strong leadership, and a focus on process improvement. Located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with opportunities to expand the practice.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of relevant experience in accounting systems and ERP implementations.
• Experience with government contracting, nonprofit sectors and regulated industries.
• Demonstrated leadership with staff development and project oversight.
• Professional certifications such as CPA/CMA/PMP preferred.

Responsabilités

• Architect and lead Deltek Costpoint implementations and related core offerings.
• Manage technology integrations and project management activities across engagements.
• Ensure client objectives are met by applying the firm’s methodology and standards.
• Grow the practice through client expansion, process improvement, and business development.
