BDO USA is seeking an ISS Deltek Practice Director to maintain client relationships and lead Deltek Costpoint implementations for government contracting and nonprofit clients. You will oversee staff from Associates to Senior Managers, and collaborate with clients to achieve project objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Advanced degree preferred for leadership role and broader expertise.
• Ten+ years of relevant experience in accounting and systems implementations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead Deltek Costpoint implementations and related core offerings.
• Manage technology integrations and project management for engagements.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff; provide performance feedback.
