Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an ISS Deltek Practice Director to lead Deltek Costpoint implementations, oversee staff from Associates to Senior Managers, and work with clients in highly regulated sectors such as government contracting and non-profit.

Responsibilities include project management of implementations, ensuring compliance with federal requirements, and growing the practice through client relationships and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or another relevant field; required
• Advanced degree, preferred

Responsibilities

• Architects & leads implementations for Deltek Costpoint and other core offerings
• Manages technology integrations through project management with Deltek knowledge as needed
• Owns projects’ phases and collaborates with clients to meet objectives
• Manages implementation projects, independently and with teams
• Ensures compliance with FAR, CAS, GSA schedules as it relates to Deltek & other technology
• Reviews policies and procedures for accounting, contracts, and pricing for client initiatives
• Identifies opportunities to grow the practice and improve processes
• Other duties as required
