Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to provide in‑station, real‑time support at one of our last‑mile warehouses. You will help ensure packages arrive on time and guide customers to the right experts for up‑to‑date information.

In this role you’ll interact with delivery partners, warehouse staff and customers, responding via in‑person, phone or email, showing empathy, delivering clear written responses and resolving issues with sound judgment.

• Consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues.

• Making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer.
• Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule.
