Job summary

Amazon is hiring for a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate. You will work at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, providing in-person, phone, and email support to ensure customers receive packages on time.

You will connect with warehouse teams, delivery partners, and customers to resolve issues and reschedule deliveries as needed. The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and adherence to company values.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments
• Familiarity with multiple web browsers, data base searching and instant messenger tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against KPIs
• Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
• Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and email.
• Empathize with customer needs and prioritize issues.
• Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations.
• Provide real-time in-station support at delivery warehouses.
• Communicate clearly with customers and partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate written responses and documentation.
• Support a full-time 40+ hour per week schedule.
• Operate in a dynamic, sometimes loud environment with varying temperatures.
