Job summary

Amazon is recruiting a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to provide in-station, real-time support and help ensure customers receive their packages on time. You will connect customers with experts for the latest information about their orders and collaborate with warehouse teams to resolve issues.

Based at a last-mile delivery warehouse in Sumner, WA, you will interact with customers, partners and colleagues to deliver a great experience while upholding Amazon's service standards.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required; customer service experience preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with multiple web browsers and data tools.

• Communicate with customers directly in-person, by phone and email.
