Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to provide in-station, real-time support for customers and partners. You will help ensure on-time deliveries, connect customers with experts, and uphold Amazon's service standards in a fast-paced last-mile environment.

Based at a last-mile delivery warehouse, you will coordinate with warehouse staff, delivery partners and customers to resolve issues and reschedule deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service roles is essential.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong time management in dynamic environments.
• Comfort with web-based tools and software.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience on merchandising/brand ambassador teams is a plus.
