Based in a last-mile delivery warehouse in Greenfield, IN, the role features a full-time schedule (40+ hrs/week), in-person duties, and the need to handle in-person, phone and email communications and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Experience with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in dynamic environments.
• Experience working with computer and web based tools.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers directly in-person, in addition to communicating via phone and email.
• Empathize with and prioritise customer needs.

• Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers.
• Clearly understand and respond to issues presented by customers.
• Compose grammatically correct, concise written responses to customer issues.
