Job summary

Responsibilities include handling difficult customer situations via phone and email, analyzing data to improve processes, and ensuring policy-compliant, confidential service. This is a full-time, on-site position with a 11:00AM–8:00PM Sunday-Thursday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Outlook.
• Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching and instant messenger tools.

Responsibilities
