Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate in the United States. Based at a last-mile delivery warehouse, you will provide in-station real-time support to ensure packages arrive on time and guide customers with accurate information.

You will communicate with customers in person, by phone, and email, prioritize needs, and help resolve issues while upholding Amazon's values. This full-time role requires flexibility and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service and using computers.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time in dynamic environments.
• Experience with computer and web-based tools.
