Amazon is hiring for a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at a last‑mile facility. You will interact with customers in person, by phone, and by email to resolve issues, reschedule deliveries, and provide clear guidance.

You will coordinate with warehouse teams and delivery partners to ensure on‑time delivery and a positive experience. Ideal candidates are prepared for up to 12‑hour shifts, can lift up to 49 pounds, and work in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
• Experience understanding performance metrics and using them to measure progress.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with customers directly in person, by phone, and via email.
• Empathize with and prioritize customer needs and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate written responses and set appropriate expectations for customers.
• Make quick, well‑judged decisions to ensure the best customer outcomes.
• Work a flexible full‑time schedule (40+ hours per week).
• Carry, lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long shifts in varied conditions.
