Job summary

Amazon is hiring for a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate in Wisconsin, Sturtevant. You will provide in-station real-time support to ensure on-time deliveries, connect customers with experts, and help improve the overall customer experience within Amazon's logistics network.

Base at a last-mile delivery warehouse, you will interact with warehouse staff, delivery partners and customers, resolving delivery issues quickly and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Ability to manage time effectively in dynamic environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with brand ambassador activities on national brands.
• Familiarity with using multiple web browsers and basic search tools.
