Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate in Weston, WI to provide in-station, real-time support ensuring packages are delivered on time. You’ll connect customers with experts for the most accurate information and help resolve delivery issues as they arise.

You’ll work at a last-mile delivery warehouse, coordinating with delivery partners and customers to reschedule or resolve delivery problems, contributing to a positive customer experience daily.

Qualifications

• Experience working in Customer Service.
• Experience with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time in dynamic environments.
• Experience with written and verbal communication and presentations.
