Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to provide in-station real-time, hands-on support to ensure on-time deliveries and connect customers with experts. Based at one of our last-mile warehouses, you will help keep the supply chain moving and deliver a great customer experience.

You will communicate with customers, empathize with needs, resolve issues, and maintain high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments.
• Experience working with computer and web based tools.
