Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate in Madison, WI. You will work at a last-mile delivery warehouse, assisting customers in person, by phone, and via email to resolve delivery issues and coordinate with partners for on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers in-person, by phone, and via email.
