Job summary

Amazon is looking for a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to provide in-station, real-time support and help ensure on-time deliveries. You will connect customers with experts and guide them to accurate information about their packages.

Based at a last‑mile delivery warehouse, you’ll communicate with customers, delivery partners and teammates, resolving issues and setting expectations to improve the overall experience. 40+ hour weeks are typical.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments.
• Experience working with computer and web based tools.
