Amazon’s Delivery Station is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate in Washington state. You will provide in-station real-time, hands-on support to ensure timely deliveries and connect customers with experts for up-to-date information about their packages.

You’ll work at a last-mile warehouse, interacting with customers, delivery partners and warehouse staff. The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and decision making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and helping others.
• Comfort with computers and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time in dynamic environments.
• Familiarity with multiple web browsers, databases, and instant messenger tools.
• Experience with merchandising/brand ambassador teams is a plus.

• Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
• Work in an environment where the temperature may vary due to outside weather conditions and is not controlled.
