Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to provide in-station, real-time support and help connect customers with experts for the most accurate package information. This role centers on ensuring on-time delivery, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction within a fast-paced last-mile environment.

You will work at a last-mile delivery warehouse, interacting with customers, warehouse staff, and delivery partners to coordinate rescheduled

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in Customer Service.
Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments.
Experience working with computer and web based tools.

Responsibilities

Communicating with customers directly in-person, in addition to communicating via phone and email.
Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs.

Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers.
Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to the issues that customers present.

Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule.
