Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate in Conklin, NY. You will provide in-station real-time support to ensure timely delivery and connect customers with experts who can offer accurate information about packages.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and fast issue resolution within a full-time schedule. You will be based at a last-mile delivery warehouse and collaborate with warehouse staff, delivery partners, and customers to resolve delivery issues and

Qualifications

High school or equivalent.
Experience in Customer Service.
Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments.
Experience working with computer and web based tools.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators.
Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.

Responsibilities
