Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience measuring performance with KPIs.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a national consumer brand.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in person, by phone and email.
• Empathize with customer needs and set expectations.

• Resolve issues and provide accurate information to customers.
