Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate in Plainfield, CT to provide in-station, real-time support and help ensure customers receive their packages on time with accurate information from our experts.

Based at one of our last-mile warehouses, you will communicate with customers in person and by phone or email, resolve issues, uphold our values, and contribute to a great customer experience on a full-time, 40+ hour schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Customer Service shown.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to manage time effectively in dynamic environments.
• Familiarity with multiple web browsers and data search tools.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers directly in-person, by phone and email.
