Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solution Architect (DSA) Manager to build and lead a team responsible for the post-sales success of customers. You will set the technical strategy across your portfolio, invest capacity, and partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and SI partners to move use cases from kickoff to production.

You are a hands-on sponsor and trusted advisor to customers, including their C-suite, and you will create systems, operating cadences, and playbooks that scale

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing a customer-facing technical team (DSA, Solution Architect, TAC, Customer Success Engineer, or equivalent).
• Leadership of a team of pre-sales or post-sales technical talent.
• Track record of putting data and AI workloads into production at scale.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing DSA team.
• Own capacity planning and investment forecasting across the portfolio.
• Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and SI partners to accelerate use-case delivery.
• Drive measurable customer outcomes: throughput, time-to-production, growth, and renewals.
• Build scalable systems, cadences, and playbooks for the DSA practice.
• Shape and promote the DSA value proposition with internal and external stakeholders.
