Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) in the United States to act as a post-sale technical lead across Databricks products. You will collaborate with sales, field engineering, and professional services to drive adoption, onboard customers, and ensure healthy usage of workloads selected by the customer.

The role combines technical leadership with commercial account management, requiring executive relationship building and orchestration of cross-team delivery plans.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required for access to classified information.
• 7+ years delivering data/AI technical projects with customers.
• Experience in Python, SQL or Scala in a professional setting.
• Background in customer-facing pre-sales, architecture, or consulting.
• Knowledge of distributed data systems and business-value attribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the post-technical win account strategy for strategic Databricks use cases.
• Be the accountable technical leader across multiple teams for production onboarding.
• Coordinate with PS, Education, Onboarding, and Support to deliver tasks.
• Develop and execute plans to accelerate use cases into production.
• Engage with Product and Engineering for new features and upgrades.
