Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solution Architecture Manager for the Public Sector to lead a team of Delivery Solution Architects and drive post-sales strategy across our customers in the region.

You will hire and coach engineers, collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales and Professional Services, and ensure use cases move into production quickly while maintaining architectural excellence. Travel up to 30% within the DC metro.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing role
• Delivery leadership in SaaS Data Analytics / Data Engineering
• Experience building and leading post-sales teams
• Trusted advisor to technical executives
• Willingness to travel up to 30% in the DC Metro area

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of Delivery Solution Architects to meet usage growth, career growth, and hiring goals
• Hire, coach, and grow a team for a high-growth company
• Maintain advanced knowledge of the Databricks stack and align with field functions
• Assign accounts and distribute work to optimize coverage
• Collaborate with Sales, pre-sales and professional services to accelerate customer growth
• Monitor customer progress, escalations, and risk across accounts
• Provide input to improve internal processes and drive program impact
• Maintain robust hiring pipeline at all times
