Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to lead post-sale technical strategy and execution for strategic customers in the Huntsville area. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering complex data/AI technical programs or projects
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for major use cases across multiple teams
• Be the accountable technical leader for specific use cases, coordinating with professional services
• Drive onboarding, enablement, success, go-live and healthy consumption of Databricks workloads
• Provide KPI updates on usage, customer health, risks, and product adoption to the Technical GM
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and engineering to accelerate production of key use cases
