Job summary

Sysco Seattle, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee delivery activities, guide drivers, and ensure safe, on-time service. You will analyze performance data, adjust staffing and routes, and coordinate with other teams to meet customer needs.

We value a high school diploma with 1–3 years of related delivery or operations experience, plus a preferred college degree in Business or SCM. This is a full-time role with a 12am–10am shift and potential incentive eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two or four-year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar major preferred.
• One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily delivery activities, routes and safety.
• Analyzes live/historical data to maintain delivery plans and on-time service.
• Manages labor hours and budgets; adjusts schedules and routes.
• Ensures compliance with DOT regulations and food safety protocols.
• Creates ad hoc reports and utilizes standard reporting tools.
