Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2- or 4-year degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work and safety of Delivery Associates and adherence to SOPs.
• Ensures compliance with local, state and federal regulations (DOT, OSHA).
• Manages labor hours and supplies within budget.
• Prepares work schedules including extra days and shifts as needed.
• Oversees asset utilization and maintenance coordination.
• Reviews delivery productivity and reports.
