Job summary

Sysco seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead delivery teams, optimize routes and ensure safety and compliance.

You will monitor daily performance, coordinate with drivers, and apply DOT and food safety standards while controlling labor within budget. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years in delivery/logistics, strong computer skills; experience with MS Office is a plus. This overnight shift runs Mon-Fri 12am-10am with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of delivery, logistics, or supervisor experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to create reports.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and food safety standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Shift requires overnight hours; Mon-Fri 12am-10am with some flex.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery associates and ensure safe, on-time service.
• Analyze data to maintain optimal delivery plans.
• Coordinate with drivers and other departments to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, routes, and safety protocols.
• Create ad hoc reports and use canned reporting tools.
