Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC is seeking an Operations Supervisor responsible for supervising delivery activities, directing drivers, routing, safety, and compliance. You will analyze data to optimize delivery plans, manage labor costs, and coordinate asset usage.

The role requires high school diploma or GED with preferred college coursework in business or supply chain. Strong knowledge of safety regulations, DOT policies, and Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preference for a 2- or 4-year degree in Business Management or Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work and safety of delivery associates and ensure SOPs, routes, and customer service adherence.
• Analyze live and historical data to maintain optimal delivery plans and on-time service.
• Manage labor hours to stay within budget and adjust schedules as needed.
• Coordinate repairs and asset usage for the delivery department.
• Train staff on policies, safety rules, and DOT regulations.
