Job summary

You will manage labor, schedules, and asset use while ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of supervisory warehouse experience, strong leadership, and ability to train staff across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with related experience considered.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution setting preferred.
• Experience with night shift operations and basic safety/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily night warehouse activities including order selection, replenishment, and loading.
• Manage labor hours and consumables within budget.
• Prepare work schedules and coordinate shifts, ensuring safety and security of operations.
• Oversee asset utilization and coordinate repairs with relevant departments.
• Review performance metrics and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Ensure proper documentation (HAACP, food safety, catch-weight) is completed.
• Train new staff and facilitate cross-training across shifts.
• Maintain open communication and monitor associate morale and engagement.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures; lead disciplinary actions when needed.
