Job summary

Sysco San Francisco, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Operations Supervisor to oversee delivery staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive efficiency across the department. You will supervise daily delivery activities, manage schedules, and partner with Sales and Marketing to address customer needs.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of DOT/OSHA regulations, and budget-conscious labor management. This is a hands-on position with non-traditional hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2- or 4-year degree in Business/Logistics preferred.
• Experience managing delivery or transportation operations is desirable.
• Knowledge of DOT/OSHA regulations and safety standards required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work and safety of Delivery Associates, including adherence to SOPs and routes.
• Ensures compliance with local, state and federal regulations (DOT, OSHA) and keeps electronic logs current.
• Manages labor hours and consumables within budget; prepares work schedules and shifts as needed.
