Job summary

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a GED or high school diploma, and a certification for powered equipment within 3 months of joining. Work hours Sunday-Thursday, with flexibility for Fridays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years related warehouse supervisory experience.
• Powered Industrial Equipment Certification within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nightly warehouse activities including order selection, replenishment, and loading.
• Manage labor hours and supplies within budget; develop shift schedules.
• Ensure safety, proper documentation (HAACP, food safety, catch-weight).
• Lead training and development of associates; enforce company policies.
