• Ensures compliance with local, state and federal regulations (DOT, OSHA).
• Manages labor hours and supplies within budget and prepares work schedules.
• Coordinates with sales and marketing to resolve customer or delivery issues.
• Maintains communications with associates through pre-shift meetings and updates policies.
