Qualifications

• Regulatory knowledge including DOT and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily delivery staff safety and adherence to SOPs.
• Ensures compliance with DOT, OSHA and maintains logs.
• Manages labor hours and consumables within budget.
• Prepares work schedules, including extra shifts as needed.
• Coordinates with Safety department for training and safety inspections.
• Addresses customer issues with Sales/Marketing to improve service.
• Performs disciplinary actions and performance reviews as needed.
