Qualifications

• Defensive driving training and HazMat certification preferred; Class A CDL preferred.
• Must read, write and speak English; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises delivery staff daily, enforces SOPs and safe customer service.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with DOT/OSHA; maintains logs.
• Manages labor hours and supplies within budget.
• Prepares schedules and coordinates with other departments.
• Addresses customer issues and communicates with Sales/Marketing.
