Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 year degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work and safety of Delivery Associates, ensuring SOPs and planned routes are followed.
• Ensures compliance with local, state and federal regulations (DOT, OSHA) and maintains accurate logs.
• Manages labor hours and budget for consumables; prepares work schedules.
• Oversees asset usage in the Delivery department and coordinates repairs with relevant departments.
• Reviews delivery functions and productivity reports, identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Communicates with Sales and Marketing to resolve customer or delivery issues.
• Maintains open communication with associates and supports engagement initiatives.
• Coordinates with Safety to conduct training, observations, and accident investigations.
