• Ensure regulatory compliance with DOT, OSHA and related agencies and maintain accurate logs.
• Manage labor hours and consumables within budget; prepare schedules and shifts as needed.
• Coordinate asset usage and organize repairs with proper departments as necessary.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to address customer issues and delivery opportunities.
• Conduct safety inspections and participate in root-cause analyses for incidents.
• Assist with disciplinary actions and performance reviews as required.
